What is Review funnel?
A review funnel is an automated message sent about 30 minutes after a completed job or purchase asking for a 1 to 5 rating. Four and five stars are routed straight to your Google Business Profile with a direct link; one to three stars open a private feedback form and alert the owner, so problems are fixed before they become public reviews.

Answering reviews with AI
Positive reviews get a specific, keyword-rich thank-you drafted by AI and published automatically, which the report notes Google rewards in local rankings. Negative reviews are never answered automatically: the AI drafts a calm response and a person decides.
Frequently asked questions
Is gating reviews allowed?
Asking everyone for feedback and offering the public link is fine; selectively blocking unhappy customers from Google is against Google's policy. The funnel asks everyone and simply adds a private channel for problems.
