Automated AI for businesses
How long does it take to build the weekly report?
The AI has it ready by Monday 7:00 and flags what's off.
Describe the data you work from and what you'd check every week. The AI tells you what can build itself.
reporting, data and decision automation
Reports, forecasts, alerts: every Monday the AI tells you what happened and what's next
Automated reporting means the AI builds the executive summary from finance, sales and operations data by Monday 7:00, warns of a cash-flow dip 2–3 weeks ahead, answers plain-language questions with a chart and alerts when a number deviates. The owner decides instead of building spreadsheets. 3–6 hours of reporting a week disappear.

02 — Who it's for
A good fit if…
- A repetitive process eats hours every week
- You already use a CRM, email, calendar or sheets
- You can name the number that should move
- Someone can decide in a 20-minute call
Not a fit if…
- A chatbot for the sake of having one
- The process changes weekly and nobody owns it
- Everything at once, in one big launch
- No budget for a first working version
03 — How it works
Three weeks from problem to running system.
- 01
Discovery call
We map the process and the numbers behind it. You leave with a scope and a fixed price.
- 02
Build
We build and test with your real data. You see it work before a customer does.
- 03
Run
It goes live. We monitor and tune. You measure the difference.
04 — Questions
Things people ask before the first call.
01What data does the AI report work from?
Invoicing, bank, CRM, webshop, spreadsheets: anything exportable or reachable by API. Step one is collecting and cleaning the data in one place.
02How accurate is the cash-flow forecast?
It works from past payment discipline and fixed costs and gives a range, not one number. The aim is a 2–3 week horizon so there is time to act.
03Can I ask about my data in plain language?
Yes: a question like 'which service made the most profit in the last 6 months?' gets a chart in seconds.
04When does the AI alert?
When a KPI leaves its usual band: revenue drop, margin fall, late payers, stock running out. The alert includes a cause and a suggested step.
05How soon is the first report ready?
The Monday summary in 15–35 days, anomaly alerts in 1–14, predictive cash-flow from day 36.
06Is the first call free?
Yes. Twenty minutes, no obligation. You leave with a written scope and a fixed price whether or not we end up working together.
07How long does it take?
A first working version usually goes live in two to three weeks. Larger systems are split into phases so something is running early and paying for the rest.
08What happens to our data?
It stays in your systems. We connect to your tools with your own credentials, process data in the EU wherever possible, and sign an NDA and data processing agreement before we see anything.
09Which tools do you work with?
Whatever you already use: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Billingo, Számlázz.hu, Shopify, WooCommerce, Slack, WhatsApp and most things that have an API.
10How is it priced?
A fixed price for the build, then a monthly fee that covers hosting, monitoring and improvements. No hourly surprises.
11Do we need a developer on our side?
No. We need someone who knows the process. We handle the technical side and train your team before go-live.
